Utilizing neuroplasticity, mindfulness, and thought work exercises, I teach you how to use the mindbody connection to turn down the volume on your symptoms. The key to improving your quality of life is to change your neural pathways with practice and guidance. Attempting to cultivate these skills by yourself can be isolating, exhausting, and often leads to limited results. My method is backed by the most recent neuroscience on pain, healing, behavior change, and the wisdom of mindfulness. As your coach, I will guide you through a thoughtfully designed roadmap that will unlock lasting change in your wellbeing.
